“The Company” uses the appropriate physical, technological and administrative procedures to protect the information it collects in order to prevent unauthorized access and disclosure; keep the accuracy of the data, and ensure the correct use of the information.

It is important to inform you that the personal and patrimonial data that you provided for the performing of any of the purposes listed above will be stored in controlled databases with limited access.

The document you offer only constitutes a job application, therefore it does not represent any guarantee that it will be accepted by “The Company”. “The Company” performs the processing of personal, patrimonial and sensitive data in accordance with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility as provided by the Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals.

Filtros Partmo S.A.S (Hereinafter “The Company”), established on CL 1 3 15 KM 7 Vía Palenque Café Madrid Industrial Park Second Stage, in the City of Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia, in strict compliance with the provisions of The Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, and by means of this privacy notice, informs you that will use the personal and patrimonial data that you provided exclusively for the performance of activities concerning the contractual relationship that we have with you, such as:

· The provision of goods and/or services and contact with suppliers;
· Quotation of goods and / or services whose supply we require;
· Control of access to our facilities;
· Evaluation of the technical and economic capacity of our suppliers;
· Attention to doubts and suggestions;
· Payment of considerations and billing.

In order to prevent unauthorized access and disclosure, keep the accuracy of the data you provide and ensure the correct use of the information, “The Company” uses the appropriate physical, technological and administrative procedures to protect the information collected.
